DGroupShare Conduct Affairs Info: (from Bob Hutchinson, WIA President and Founder.)
WIA does not mediate or arbitrate complaints. Indeed, we are not interested in further facts of "the story". If a member demonstrates that they cannot conduct affairs in a civil, fair and professional business manner, they cannot remain members of WIA. This simply means membership will be non-renewed or, in some cases, revoked, suspended or canceled. This applies to the target of a complaint and the complainant company also.Policy concerning target companies. (target of posted complaints.)
WIA will advise the target company of this policy and advise them to contact complainant for resolution. We may also perform an interview. When complainant posts notice of successful resolution at DGroupShare, or communicates same to WIA, we will consider the matter closed. If resolution is not forthcoming and target company does not initiate, or participate in communications with complainant or WIA or seek resolution in good faith, we will take an action mentioned in Conduct Affairs Info above. If an interview is conducted and is unsuccessful, we will take an action mentioned in Conduct Affairs Info above.Policy concerning complainant companies. (companies posting complaints.)
Complainant company is expected to participate and communicate in good faith to seek resolution, which they normally are motivated to do. If complainant does not participate in communications with target of complaint or WIA or seek resolution in good faith, we will take an action mentioned in Conduct Affairs Info above. If an interview is conducted and is unsuccessful, we will take an action mentioned in Conduct Affairs Info above. Stories, libel or slander about long term business and/or personal relationships that have gone sour have no place here. Unsubstantiated mud slinging does not belong here. Use lawyers and the courts. If members can't conduct affairs in a civil, fair and professional business like manner, negative feedback will be posted here and ultimately, they will not remain WIA members. Remember, try to always conduct business with other members. We have little influence to motivate non-members to resolve complaints from members. We CAN take action if a member company demonstrates that it cannot conduct business in a civil, fair and professional manner and/or harms members, past members, prospective members or WIA.
Please re-read all of this before posting a complaint. Posting excessive or frivolous complaints can indicate non-professional conduct.
